Q. Can one
letter be sent to multiple children?
A. Yes! During your selection process you
may choose to send a letter for one child, or up to 4
children on one letter. If would like to
request to put the names of more than 4
children
on one letter, please email us first. We will produce a proof for
you to look at prior to you placing your order. |
Q. Can I change the text of a letter to have
custom text that I provide?
A. Yes! For an extra fee of $5
per letter, we will gladly replace our text with your own text of
choice. This would require that you email us with your text first,
then we would provide a proof. Once you approve the proof, payment
would then be requested prior to the letter being created and mailed.
We have had a few gentlemen request a custom letter to help them propose
to their future wives! Any idea is possible, please ask us! |
Q. When is the last day I can place an order?
A. Technically our
last day for taking orders is November 30th.
However, you could contact us after December 1st to see if we can
squeeze in your order.
So, I guess it would be fair to say that we are
taking orders on a first come, first serve basis until it gets
to late to produce and mail the letter prior to Christmas. |
Q. When will my child receive their letter?
A. All letters are postmarked and mailed
between December 5th and December 12th. This will ensure that
your child receives their letter before Christmas. |
Q. How will the letter be packaged so I
recognize it?
A. Our letters come in a protective
white envelope with a return address of Santa's Workshop - 123
Christmas Lane, North Pole 44202. Once you open the outer
envelope, a special inner envelope will contain the letter, and if
requested it
will have a wax seal on the flap. |
Q. What makes these letters
so special, compared to other letters from Santa?
A. They are not printed on
standard stationary...they are handcrafted and embellished
at the time of your order for each child. Our
letters are keepsakes. Receiving a letter from us is an experience
that is sure to bring a warm smile to your child's face! First
they will break Santa's magical wax "S" seal that verifies it has
been sent to them directly from Santa, then they will pull out the
letter and untie the sparkly ribbon, which will expose the beautiful
shimmering letter from Santa Claus himself! Your child will proudly
show all of their family and friends that they received a real
letter that only Santa himself could have possibly created! |
